The Seafood Smokery product range changes with the seasons, depending on fish species availability and other environmental conditions.
Our range includes whole and sliced smoked fish fillets, ‘rolled hams’ and pates.
We use pelagic and estuarine species of fish to create our products, such as mackerel (Spanish, school, grey, spotted, blue), wahoo, tuna (long tail and yellowfin), mullet (sand, sea and diamond scale), blue threadfin salmon, tailor.

Simply call on 0438587146 to confirm the type of fish we are holding in stock on the day, or come on down to the Smokery at 145 Buss St, Burnett Heads, 4670. Please search "The Seafood Smokery" on Google Maps for directions as using '145 Buss St' may not bring you to the correct location!
